Plastic Surgery Congress 2008

The Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons is proud to announce its upcoming Plastic Surgery Congress for 2008.

This exciting event will be held in October at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre in Broadbeach, Queensland.

This four-day Conference will involve renowned keynote speakers from around the world and a trade exhibition featuring leading companies that provide products and clinical services to plastic surgeons. The Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons is proud to announce its upcoming Plastic Surgery Congress for 2008. The Plastic Surgery Congress is run in conjunction with the Craniomaxillofacial Annual Workshop, The Practice Enhancement Program and a Paramedical Day.

The Gold Coast is served by two major airports:

Brisbane Domestic and International Airport is about a one hour drive away from Surfers Paradise. Taxis are available at the front terminal road for domestic flights or at Arrivals, level 2 for International flights.

General Information

Registration Desk – the registration desk will be located outside the exhibition area, on the ground floor. Staff at the registration desk will be happy to help with any queries.

Name Badges – all delegates will be issued with a name badge at registration. This badge will be the official pass to sessions, teas, lunches and official social functions. It is necessary for delegates to wear their name badges at all times when on-site for security reasons.

Messages – a message board will be located next to the registration desk throughout the Congress.

Smoking Policy – the Conference has a no smoking policy. Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas.

Goods & Services Tax (GST) – please note that all prices are inclusive of GST.

Insurance – it is strongly recommended that you take out insurance prior to travelling.
